Whistler Housekeeping:

Whistler Mountain Services provides cleaning services for all types of properties, from studios to 7 bedroom homes. While the majority of our clients are in the rental market we also service a limited amount of private homes in the resort.  We accommodate referrals from existing clients and are accepting a limited number of new clients. Our priority is making sure that our existing clients are happy in every way and remain on call in the resort 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Inventories:

When we take on a new client we do a digital photographic inventory of the home for insurance and damage purposes at no charge. Written inventories are $50 and are comprehensive. We will also provide this service to non-clients at an hourly rate of $75. per hour.

On Call Emergency Services:

Yes, we have actually had the 2 am calls on a unit flooding and also the calls when a guest cannot figure out how to use the oven. It is our pleasure to remain on call with a live-response to owners and guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have learned there is almost no problem which cannot be solved! Your guests just feel better speaking with a live person! If we need to attend your unit on a problem, we charge $30 and $45 after hours (from 9pm to 7am.)

Gift Baskets:

We offer a limited range of gift baskets which you can give to valued guests. They feature uniquely Canadian products like whole sides of smoked salmon, VQA B.C. wines and maple products along with popcorn, coffee, teas, and tons of resort activity information and GST refund forms. These range in price from a low of $60. to custom baskets in the $200. range! Let us know what you wish to do for your guests and we make sure it is in unit for their arrival!

Deep Cleans:

While we do try to stay on top of all issues throughout the year, by the end of the season carpets need cleaning, and other deep clean issues have arisen. We keep your deep clean costs down by trying to do extras on every regular clean. When it does come time, we even will inventory your existing linens to tell you what you will require to replace for the next season. We also do deep cleans on private homes. Our rate is $75.00 per hour per crew.

Renovation Cleans:

While the dust is still flying through the air we are often on site. Renovation cleans from top to bottom are priced at $75.00 per hour per crew.

Maintenance:

Pesky burnt out light bulbs are one thing. When your grout needs replacing, your slate floor resealing, your wall a coat of paint or a closet door track fixed...we can help. The trick is getting repairs done before the new guests check in. While we do our best, sometimes we have to go into unit while guests are there to get maintenance done. If done during a clean this is done for supply costs only, if a call-out in normal working hours we charge $30. If there is a late hour emergency we charge $45. per hour after 9pm.

For issues like appliance repair, plumbing and other trades, we have good working relationships with the very best in the resort! Most owners just let us do what needs doing!

Digital Pictures of homes:

We can provide a digital documentation of your home for insurance and damage purposes. Keep a visual record of your home on file. We provide this service to non-clients at $75. per hour.
